I had wrote back to your service and support division regarding the recent purchase of the cartridge. The 2 recent ones that I bought was not that good because when I replace into my unit, the smell is not as strong as before. There was light on the cartridge but compare to before the smell was stronger. Can you look into it and respond back to me.
